Last Birdie Post...I think!!

Hey Wonderful Cast!  Tomorrow is our last rehearsal--Wowzah! We are ready!! We've got this!! Please arrive tomorrow around 5 pm, especially if you need help with hair and makeup. 

No rehearsal Wednesday, then shows Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Then you get a week off and perform the following Friday and Saturday. 

Let's do our best. Go, team!!

Rehearsal change

We need to work extra hard this week. My sincere apologies about being late. Due to concerts, we can't put up our set until the tri ends. We got it put up this weekend (thank you to those who spent 12 hours working!!)

Now, we have to make sure our show works with the set!!

I am hoping if we stay until 6:30 Tuesday and Wednesday, we can avoid a Saturday practice.

Last 2 Week's Rehearsal Schedule

We are in the home stretch! We are almost there! This week is critical. We finally have our set, we will be doing lighting cues, practicing with the stage crew...all the little details!

You need to be prepared with snacks, water, patience and your enthusiasm. Parents, please be patient. We are almost done, and we think you're going to LOVE the finished product. Buy your tickets now!

Mon March 9: Tech Rehearsal. 2:50-5:30
Tues March 10: CAST PICTURES (bring all costume pieces) done at 5:45.
Weds March 11:  done at 5:30
Thurs March 12:  Done at 7 p.m. DINNER PROVIDED
Fri March 13:  Done at 7 p.m. SNACKS PROVIDED

Mon March 16: DRESS REHEARSAL done at 7 p.m.
Tuesday March 17:  "Real Time Run" Arrive at school at 5:00 p.m. for hair/makeup/mics, etc. Show begins at 7:00 pm, done around 9 pm (Final Rehearsal if we are awesome!!)
Wednesday March 18: We will only practice if we are not ready. I want to give the kids a day to rest here. 
Thursday Mar 19:   Show OPENING arrive at 5 pm

Show dates are March 19, 20, 21, 27, and 28  See you then!

CAST PICTURES

March 10th we are taking cast pictures at the beginning of rehearsal.  BRING YOUR COSTUMES!! You'll definitely want to be in the pictures. They'll be on display for years to come!
